Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ProductProve, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you use ProductProve for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.

Keep your sign-in details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not use several accounts to review, vote or discuss in ways that mislead others.

Reviews must describe your own real experience with the product. You must not:

• post fake reviews, or reviews you were paid or rewarded for without saying so;
• review your own product or a competitor's product;
• post false, abusive, hateful, illegal or private information;
• spam, or coordinate votes, reviews or reports to manipulate rankings.

Moderators may decline, remove or edit for formatting any content that breaks these rules. Reported reviews stay visible until a moderator decides, as described in our moderation principles.

Product information you submit must be accurate, and you must have the right to use the names, logos and images you upload. Ownership verification and the verified listing badge are separate checks, and we may grant, refuse or remove them. Owners may reply to reviews in public but may not pressure customers to change or remove them.

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give ProductProve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and promote it on our services, including in search results and social previews. This license continues for content already shared or cached after you delete it.

Sponsored placements are always labeled. Paying for one never changes rankings, reviews or badges.

Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, scrape it in bulk, bypass security or rate limits, impersonate anyone, or upload malware.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You may stop using ProductProve at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].

Reviews and discussions are the opinions of their authors, not ProductProve. Product information comes from founders and users, and we do not guarantee it is complete or accurate. Check that a product suits your needs before you buy it. ProductProve is provided "as is".

To the extent allowed by law, ProductProve is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from products listed on the site or decisions you make based on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use ProductProve after that means you accept the new terms.
